1. Be respectful

Disagree with predictions — do not attack the person.

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying
• No impersonation of people, brands, or other users
• Keep comments and DMs civil, including in private rooms

2. Keep it honest

Predictions are opinions, not financial, legal, or medical advice.

• Do not spam, run bots, or manipulate votes, follows, or reports
• Do not mislead others about outcomes or your identity
• Do not use share cards to misrepresent a result

3. Prohibited content

The following are not allowed on ToldYa!:

• Illegal content, including child sexual abuse and exploitation (see Child Safety Standards)
• Sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors
• Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Real-money gambling, scams, or phishing
• Graphic violence, or content that promotes harm to others

4. Report and block

Use in-app Report on predictions, comments, or users, and Block to stop seeing someone immediately. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.

5. Enforcement

Violations can result in content removal, feature limits, or account suspension or termination. We have zero tolerance for CSAE/CSAM and will report as required by law.

6. Age

ToldYa! is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).
