Questivo, by Zuki Apps, lets you delete your host account and the cloud data tied to it. Follow the steps below, or email us if you cannot open the app.
Deleting your account removes your host sign-in, published quests, and live rooms. Confirm only if you want that data gone.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Questivo on your device.
- Sign in with the Google or Apple account you use as a host.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Cloud account data is deleted when you confirm.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot open the app, email us with the subject “Delete Questivo account” and the Google or Apple email on the account. We delete the account data within 30 days. [email protected]
Data that is deleted
When deletion finishes, we remove:
- Your host sign-in (Google or Apple) and profile
- Cloud history, sessions, and blocked users
- Quests you published and live rooms you hosted, including mission photos stored for those quests
Data that is kept
The following is not removed by account deletion:
- Quests and progress stored only on a device, until that app is uninstalled
- Copies other players already saved on their own devices
- Crash reports, for up to 90 days
- Purchase records, which stay with Google Play or the App Store
Retention
In the app, cloud account data is deleted when you confirm. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Crash reports may remain for up to 90 days. Players who never signed in have no host account. Uninstalling Questivo removes the data stored on that device.
