These Terms govern your use of Questivo operated by Zuki Apps. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Questivo includes:

• Create and play location-based quests, quizzes, and missions
• Share game codes and optional live hosting
• Optional paid quest unlocks via app stores

3. Safety and real-world play

Questivo is entertainment. You are responsible for your safety while playing GPS or outdoor missions.

Obey local laws, traffic rules, and property rights. Do not play while driving. Supervise children.

4. Purchases

Paid quests and unlocks are processed by Apple or Google. Their terms and refund policies apply.

Use Restore purchases after reinstall when applicable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law
• Interfere with security or stability features
• Create content that infringes others' rights

6. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuki Apps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
