What is ZTLGuard?+
An Italy ZTL (limited-traffic zone) alert app for iOS and Android. Package: com.zuki.apps.ztlguard.
Does it upload my location?+
No. Position is used only on-device to measure distance to zone boundaries. It is not stored or uploaded.
Do I need GPS?+
No. You can browse cities and zones without GPS. Location is optional for distance alerts.
Is the zone data official live municipal data?+
ZTLGuard non rappresenta un ente pubblico e non è affiliata al governo italiano o ad alcun comune. I poligoni pubblicati sono adattati da open data comunali: Firenze, Bologna, Bergamo, Pavia, Genova, Lecce, Trento e Torino (CC BY 4.0) e Napoli (IODL 2.0). Orari ed esenzioni non si ricavano dai poligoni. Milano, Roma, Verona, Venezia e Pisa sono etichettati Dimostrazione e non sono verità municipale. Does this stop me from getting a fine?+
No. ZTLGuard is an informational navigation aid. It does not grant permission or confirm a fine. Local signs and the comune always win.
What is free vs Premium?+
Gratis: mappa, Roma e Firenze, avvisi in primo piano fino a 500 m e pubblicità fuori dalla guida. Premium è un abbonamento mensile facoltativo (ztlguard_premium): tutte le città, voce, dati offline, preavviso 1–2 km, schermo sempre acceso, avvisi in background dove il telefono lo consente, senza pubblicità. L’avviso in sé non è a pagamento. Il prezzo lo mostra lo store.
Why isn't my city available?+
Zone data depends on official municipal open-data feeds. Some cities are missing licensed GeoJSON. Demo data is labelled in-app.
Can I report a wrong zone while driving?+
No. Driving Mode blocks reports to prevent distraction. Submit a zone report after you stop.
How do I restore Premium?+
Premium è un abbonamento mensile (ztlguard_premium). Il ripristino è nella schermata Premium. La disdetta si fa nelle impostazioni abbonamenti di App Store o Google Play.
