1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of GEO Calc (“Service”, “App”) operated by Zuki Apps (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

GEO Calc is a WGS84 coordinate and geodesy reference app. The Service includes:

• Coordinate conversion (DD, DMS, UTM, MGRS)
• Vincenty geodesic distance, bearing, and direct
• Offline map measure — path and polygon area
• Local waypoints and GPX export
• Metric, imperial, and nautical units
• 12 language interfaces

3. Not professional surveying advice

GEO Calc is a field reference tool only. It is not a certified surveying instrument and does not determine legal property boundaries.

Verify critical measurements and boundary work with qualified professionals and appropriate certified equipment.

4. Free service and ads

GEO Calc v1.0 is free with optional banner and interstitial ads. There is no subscription at launch.

Features and ad placement may change with notice where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Rely on the app as sole authority for legal boundary or safety-critical decisions
• Interfere with ads, analytics, or security features

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular surveying purpose.

You are responsible for backing up waypoints you care about (e.g. via GPX export).

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuki Apps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including reliance on coordinate or area calculations.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
