The data controller for GEO Calc is Zuki Apps. Contact details are at the end of this Policy.

This Policy applies to the GEO Calc app (iOS and Android) and the legal pages we publish for the product.

2. Information we collect

Waypoint names, coordinates you enter, and app settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

• Waypoint & coordinate content: local only — not collected on our servers
• Coarse/precise location (optional): used for map/GPS features when you grant permission
• Device or advertising IDs (AdMob): may be used for ads in the free version
• App interaction and crash data (Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics): aggregated diagnostics
• Support email: if you contact us directly

3. How we use information

We use information to:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not upload your waypoints or typed coordinates to our servers.

• Provide coordinate conversion, distance, map measure, and GPX export
• Optionally center the map on your location when permitted
• Show ads in the free tier (Google AdMob)
• Measure app stability and usage via analytics SDKs
• Respond to support requests

4. Location

GEO Calc may request location permission for map centering and optional GPS features. Converter and distance tools work without location access.

You can revoke location permission in your device settings at any time.

5. Storage and retention

Waypoint data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. We do not operate a cloud account for waypoint sync in v1.0.

Support emails are retained as long as needed to resolve your request.

6. Advertising and analytics

The free version may show banner and interstitial ads via Google AdMob. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics may collect limited device and usage data as described in Google’s policies.

On iOS, the app may request App Tracking Transparency permission for personalized ads.

7. Your rights and children

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise rights.

GEO Calc is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
