Delete ZuList Account If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:
⚠️ Important Warning Account deletion is a permanent action and cannot be undone. All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
Account Deletion Instructions Open the ZuList app on your device Log in to your account (if you haven't already) Tap the Profile button (or Settings) in the bottom menu Scroll down until you find the Delete account button (or Delete account) Tap the button and read the message Confirm the deletion - the account and all data will be permanently deleted Data That Will Be Deleted When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:
Personal information: name, email address, user ID Shopping lists: all shopping lists you created Items: all items in your lists Photos: profile photos, list photos, item photos Preferences: personal settings and user preferences Purchase history: all statistical data and history Sync data: all cloud-synced data zulist.deleteAccount.sharedLists.title Lists you created (Owner):
If there are other users in the list → Ownership will be transferred to another user (automatically) If you are the only one in the list → The list will be completely deleted Lists you participate in (Member):
You will be removed from the list The list will remain active for other users Data and items will remain (only you will be removed) Deleting Some Data (Without Deleting the Account) If you wish to delete only some data without deleting the account, you can:
Delete profile photos: Profile screen → Remove photo Delete lists: Home screen → Delete list Delete items: Inside a list → Delete item Retention Period After account deletion, data will be deleted from our servers within 30 days. During this period, data may be retained in backups, but will not be accessible through the app.
