If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

TempoLab Pro is a mobile application that provides tempo and pitch audio practice functionality. The Service includes:

• Import and playback of audio files
• Tempo control (playback speed)
• Pitch shift with optional formant correction
• Tap tempo (BPM detection)
• Loop playback and markers
• 5-band EQ and effects
• Export to MP3, WAV, M4A
• Local storage and offline use
