These Terms govern your use of TallyNudge operated by Zuki Apps. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

TallyNudge includes:

• On-device tally counters and optional Home Screen widgets
• Optional Premium via app stores

3. Fair use

TallyNudge is a utility. Counter data is stored on your device and may be deleted if you uninstall.

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service except as permitted by law.

4. Purchases

Premium is processed by Apple or Google. Their terms and refund policies apply.

Use Restore purchases after reinstall when applicable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law
• Interfere with security or purchase features

6. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuki Apps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
