1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of Tricky Rooms ("Service", "Game"), operated by Zuki Apps. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or guardian authorized to agree on their behalf where required.

2. Description of Service

Tricky Rooms is a single-player puzzle game. The Service includes:

• 30 puzzle rooms, lives and progression saved on your device
• Advertising, including optional rewarded videos
• Optional in-app purchases (consumable lives refills and hint packs, and a one-time Unlimited unlock) processed by Apple or Google
• Sharing room pictures through your device's share sheet

3. Licence

Zuki Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game on devices you own or control. The rooms, art, music and code remain the property of Zuki Apps.

Progress is stored on your device; we cannot restore it if you uninstall or change devices.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Their terms and refund policies apply. Prices are shown by the store.

Use Settings → Restore purchases after reinstalling to restore the Unlimited unlock. Consumable purchases (lives refills, hint packs) cannot be restored.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the game for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law
• Interfere with ads, security or purchase features

6. Disclaimer

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zuki Apps disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, or rights that a consumer cannot waive.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zuki Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game, including loss of progress.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
