These Terms govern your use of Time Since (“Service”, “App”) operated by Zuki Apps (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Time Since is a personal streak and day-counter app. The Service includes:

• Quit and build mode streak tracking
• Goal rings and milestone progress
• Records and in-app leaderboard
• Shareable streak cards
• Home screen widgets (iOS and Android)
• Optional one-time Premium purchase
• 12 language interfaces

3. Not medical advice

Time Since is a personal tracking tool only. It is not a medical device, sobriety treatment program, or substitute for professional health advice.

For substance use or mental health support, consult a qualified professional.

4. Premium and purchases

Optional Premium is a one-time in-app purchase billed by Apple or Google. Refunds follow the store’s policies. Product ID: com.zuki.apps.timesince.premium.

Features and pricing may change with notice where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with ads, analytics, or security features
• Misrepresent affiliation with Zuki Apps

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Your streak data is stored locally; you are responsible for backing up information you care about.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuki Apps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
