Questivo collects limited data to run the app. Quest content you create stays primarily on your device unless you use cloud features.

• Feedback and support messages you send
• Quest titles, clues, and media you add when creating quests (stored on device)
• Crash diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics) in release builds
• Purchase records handled by Apple or Google — tokens only, not full card data

3. How we use information

4. Device permissions

Questivo may request camera, photo library, and location permissions for mission types that need them.

You can deny permissions; related mission types will not work. Location is used for GPS checkpoint missions only, not continuous tracking.

5. Storage and retention

Quest progress and created quests remain on device until you uninstall.

Crash reports are retained per Firebase and Google policies.

6. Third-party services

Optional cloud session data may be stored when live hosting or sync is enabled by the host environment.

Firebase, Apple, and Google may process data under their own policies.

7. Your rights and children

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise rights.

Questivo is not directed to children under 13 without parental supervision for real-world play.
