If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Hush Gallery is a mobile application that allows users to store, organize, and manage photos and videos privately. The Service includes:

• Local-first photo and video storage
• Optional encrypted cloud backup
• Folder management and organization
• App lock with PIN/password and biometric authentication
• Import/export functionality
• Premium features (as described in the app)
