1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of Photo Stamp operated by Zuki Apps. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Photo Stamp includes:

• Stamping date, time, and location onto photos and videos you already have
• On-device processing with a new exported file
• Optional Photo Stamp Pro one-time unlock (premium_lifetime)

3. Your content

You retain rights to media you import. You are responsible for having permission to use any photos or videos you stamp.

Do not use the app to process media you do not have rights to use.

4. Purchases

Photo Stamp Pro, if purchased, is a one-time in-app unlock processed by Apple or Google. Their terms and refund policies apply.

Use Restore purchases after reinstall on the same store account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law
• Interfere with security or stability features
• Create content that infringes others' rights
• Misrepresent stamped date or location as live GPS or official survey data

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. Stamp accuracy depends on metadata already on your files.

Photo Stamp is not a GPS camera, surveying instrument, or substitute for official records.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuki Apps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
