이러한 이용약관("약관")은 Zuki Apps("회사")가 운영하는 쇼핑 목록 애플리케이션 ZuList("서비스", "앱", "우리", "당사")에 대한 액세스 및 사용을 규제합니다. 서비스를 다운로드, 설치, 액세스 또는 사용함으로써 이러한 약관 및 개인정보 보호정책에 구속되는 것에 동의하는 것입니다.

조직을 대신하여 서비스를 사용하는 경우, 해당 조직을 이러한 약관에 구속할 권한이 있음을 진술하고 보증합니다.

2. 서비스 설명

ZuList는 사용자가 가족 및 친구와 쇼핑 목록을 생성, 관리 및 공유할 수 있도록 하는 모바일 애플리케이션입니다. 서비스에는 다음이 포함됩니다:

• 쇼핑 목록 생성 및 관리
• 다른 사용자와 목록 공유
• 기기 간 실시간 동기화
• 제품 제안 및 분류
• 구매 기록 추적
• 프리미엄 구독 기능(섹션 4에 설명된 대로)

3. 사용자 계정 및 등록

3.1. 계정 생성

서비스의 특정 기능을 사용하려면 계정을 생성해야 합니다. 다음 방법으로 계정을 생성할 수 있습니다:

• Google 로그인
• Apple 로그인
• 이메일 및 비밀번호(사용 가능한 경우)

3.2. 계정 책임

다음에 대해 책임이 있습니다:

• 계정 자격 증명의 기밀성 유지
• 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동
• 계정 정보가 정확하고 최신 상태인지 확인
• 계정의 무단 사용을 즉시 알림

3.3. 연령 요구사항

서비스를 사용하려면 최소 13세 이상이어야 합니다. 18세 미만인 경우 부모 또는 보호자의 동의를 받아 서비스를 사용하고 있음을 진술합니다. 부모 또는 보호자이며 자녀가 개인정보를 제공했다고 생각하는 경우 즉시 문의하세요.

4. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

4.1. Subscription Plans

ZuList offers premium subscription plans that provide access to additional features:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, automatically renews unless cancelled
• Yearly Subscription: Billed annually, automatically renews unless cancelled

4.2. Payment Terms

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing period
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice

4.3. Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription, including cancellation, through:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → ZuList
• Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → ZuList

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

4.4. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android) according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. For subscription refunds, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.

4.5. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial, it will be clearly indicated at the time of sign-up. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"), including shopping lists, items, notes, and photos.

5.2. License to Use Your Content

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, process, and display your User Content
• Share your User Content with other users you explicitly invite to your lists
• Use your User Content to provide and improve the Service

5.3. Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Zuki Apps and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2. Zuli Monsters Characters and Images

All Zuli Monsters characters, images, icons, artwork, and related visual content displayed in the ZuList application are the exclusive property of Zuki Apps. These are original creations protected by copyright law and international intellectual property rights.

Prohibited Uses: You may NOT, without explicit written permission from Zuki Apps:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any Zuli Monsters images or characters
• Use Zuli Monsters images or characters in any other application, website, or product
• Modify, alter, or create derivative works based on Zuli Monsters images or characters
• Distribute, sell, or license Zuli Monsters images or characters to third parties
• Use Zuli Monsters images or characters for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright notices or attribution from Zuli Monsters images or characters

All rights reserved. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Zuli Monsters images or characters constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

6.3. Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• Firebase (Google): For authentication, data storage, and cloud services
• Google Sign-In: For account authentication
• Apple Sign-In: For account authentication
• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements
• Apple App Store / Google Play: For in-app purchases and subscriptions

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

8. Advertising

Free tier users may see advertisements displayed within the Service. These advertisements are provided by Google AdMob and are subject to Google's advertising policies. Premium subscribers receive an ad-free experience.

We do not use your personal information to personalize advertisements shown to you, except as permitted by applicable privacy laws and with your consent.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

9.1. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or failures
• Force majeure events

9.2. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• Change features, functionality, or pricing with reasonable notice
• Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by:

• Deleting your account through the app settings
• Uninstalling the app from your device
• Contacting us to request account deletion

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees (for premium users)

• We may delete your account and User Content
• You will not be entitled to any refund for unused subscription periods (subject to applicable law)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZUKI APPS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zuki Apps, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any User Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service

14. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2. Dispute Resolution Process

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the Service, please contact us first at zuki.apps.dev@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve any disputes in good faith.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
