Delete your ZTLGuard account
ZTLGuard by Zuki Apps lets you sign in with Google or Apple. This page is how you ask Zuki Apps to delete that account and the data tied to it.
After we delete the account, sign-in, reports, and saved settings for that account are gone. Store purchases stay with Apple or Google.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] from the Google or Apple address you used in ZTLGuard.
- Use the subject line: Delete ZTLGuard account.
- Say whether you signed in with Google or Apple, and include the email shown on that account.
- We reply to confirm, then delete the ZTLGuard account and the associated data listed below.
- On your phone, uninstall ZTLGuard or use Settings to remove the offline city pack. That data never leaves the device.
Data we delete
Within 30 days of a confirmed request we delete:
- The ZTLGuard sign-in account (Firebase Auth user id, and the name or email provided by Google or Apple).
- Profile and settings stored with that account.
- Zone reports you submitted while signed in.
Data we keep
We do not delete:
- Location. ZTLGuard does not upload your GPS position or trip history, so there is no location record to delete.
- Purchase records held by Apple or Google for ztlguard_premium. Refunds and restore follow the store, not this request.
- Crash logs and analytics events that are not linked to your account.
- Zone data and municipal sources. Those are not your personal data.
Retention period
Account data is deleted from our active systems within 30 days of confirmation. Copies in backups are removed on the next backup cycle, and no later than 30 days after the account is deleted. We do not keep the account for longer than that unless the law requires a specific record.
If you never signed in
A guest session is not an account. Uninstalling ZTLGuard removes the on-device cache. There is no Zuki Apps account to delete.
