Track Ledger processes location data (GNSS/GPS) when you start recording, along with app settings and track metadata needed to run the app. Depending on your device and configuration, the app may use analytics or crash reporting to improve stability (often via third-party SDKs). Data you export or share is sent only when you explicitly choose export or share. Map tiles may be loaded from third-party providers when you use the Map feature.
We use the information described above to provide recording, storage on your device, export/sharing features you trigger, and optional product improvement through aggregated diagnostics where enabled. We do not sell your personal track history as a product.
We do not sell your personal information. Data leaves your device when you export, share, or when required third-party services (e.g. map tile servers, app stores, analytics if enabled) process requests as part of normal app operation. See in-app notices and platform settings for controls where available.
We implement reasonable measures appropriate to a mobile app. Track data is stored in app storage on your device; you should use device security (passcode, encryption) as recommended by your platform vendor.
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to opt out of certain processing. You can delete tracks in the app, uninstall the app to remove local data, and contact us for privacy requests.
