ZTLGuard is designed to work on-device. Location is used only to measure distance to zone boundaries.

• On-device location while the app is open (optional, after permission) — not stored or uploaded
• City and zone data cached on device
• Premium status stored on device
• Feedback and support messages you send
• Purchase records handled by Apple or Google — tokens only, not full card data

4. Advertising and tracking

ZTLGuard does not show ads in the current build. If ads are added later, this Policy will be updated.

Location permission can be denied; you can still browse cities and zones.

5. Storage and retention

Zone cache and settings remain on device until you uninstall. Location is not retained after you leave the session.

Ad and purchase partners retain data under their own policies.

6. Third-party services

Apple App Store and Google Play Billing may process purchase data under their policies. Map tiles may be fetched from the map provider while you browse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not upload your GPS track.

7. Your rights and children

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise rights.

ZTLGuard is a general-audience travel utility. It is not directed to children under 13. It is not a substitute for official signs or local rules.
