1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of Coloring My Photo operated by Zuki Apps. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Coloring My Photo includes:

• Turn personal photos into color-by-number coloring pages
• Tap-to-fill coloring with save, share, and PDF export
• On-device processing without an account

3. Your content

You retain rights to photos you import. You are responsible for having permission to use any images you process.

Do not use the app to process images you do not have rights to use.

4. Purchases

Optional Premium is a one-time in-app unlock (no ads and premium features). Purchases are billed by Apple or Google under their terms.

Restore purchases from the Premium sheet if you reinstall on the same store account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law
• Interfere with security or stability features
• Create content that infringes others' rights

6. Disclaimer

Coloring My Photo is provided as is without warranties. Processing quality depends on the source photo.

You are responsible for backing up finished artwork you care about.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuki Apps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
