This Policy applies to the Photo Stamp app and the legal pages we publish for the product.

2. Information we collect

Photo Stamp works on files you select. We do not upload media to our servers.

• Photos and videos you select — processed locally to read metadata and render a stamp
• Date, time, and location already stored on the file (EXIF / similar metadata)
• Optional place text you type if a file has no location
• App preferences such as stamp style — stored on device
• Support email — if you contact us directly

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your media for advertising profiles or AI training.

• Render a stamp and export a new copy on your device
• Remember stamp preferences on your device
• Respond to support requests

4. Photos, videos, and location

The app accesses media you select from your library (camera is optional). Location on the stamp comes from file metadata or text you type — not from a live GPS request for gallery stamping.

If a file has no location metadata, that field is hidden. We do not invent a location. You can revoke photo or camera permission in system settings at any time.

5. Storage and retention

Media and exported copies remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Originals are never overwritten.

Support emails are retained as long as needed to resolve your request.

6. Third-party services

Free users may see ads. Ad networks (for example Google AdMob) may collect device advertising identifiers under their policies. Photo Stamp Pro (one-time unlock) removes ads.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details. System share sheet and photo library are governed by Apple or Google policies.

7. Your rights and children

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise rights.

Photo Stamp is rated 4+ / general audiences. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new Last updated date.
