These Terms govern your access to and use of Noise Meter — Shusher ("Service", "App"), a microphone-based noise measurement application operated by Zuki Apps. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

The app provides approximate sound-level readings and related statistics for informational purposes. The Service includes:

  • Timed measurement sessions and noise scoring
  • Local history and optional export or sharing initiated by you
  • Optional Premium features and advertising as described in-app
  • Charts and UI that may vary by platform and version
