These Terms govern your use of Roam Guard operated by Zuki Apps. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Roam Guard includes:

• Live per-app mobile data dashboard
• Smart usage alerts and travel profiles
• Optional Ultra Saver local VPN blocking
• Optional Roam Guard Pro one-time upgrade

3. Monitoring disclaimer

Roam Guard is a data monitoring utility. It does not guarantee exact carrier billing totals.

Verify critical limits with your carrier when needed.

4. Purchases

Roam Guard Pro, if purchased, is a one-time Google Play purchase. Google's terms and refund policies apply.

Use Restore purchases after reinstall on the same Google account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law
• Interfere with security or stability features
• Create content that infringes others' rights

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for backing up any CSV exports you create.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuki Apps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
