This Policy applies to the Collagio app (iOS and Android) and the legal pages we publish for the product. Third-party app stores have their own policies.

2. Information we collect

Collagio is designed to minimize data collection. Depending on how you use the app, we may process:

• Photos and videos you select from your device to create collages — processed locally on your device and not uploaded to our servers for core editing.
• Collage projects and export history stored locally on your device (for example, recent collages kept in app history).
• Optional in-app purchase status (for example, Premium / remove watermark) processed by Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems.
• Support communications if you email us.
• Limited diagnostic data if we enable crash or analytics tools in a future update; we will update this Policy before doing so.

3. How we use your information

We use information to:

We do not sell your personal information. Collagio does not include third-party advertising in version 1.0.0.

• Provide collage editing, layouts, filters, stickers, save, and share features
• Remember your language preference and local settings
• Process optional Premium purchases through the app stores
• Respond to support requests
• Improve stability and fix bugs when diagnostic tools are enabled

4. Permissions

The app may request access to your photo library or camera (if you choose to capture photos) solely to let you select images for collages. You can revoke permissions in your device settings. Collagio does not access your photos when you are not using those features.

5. Storage and retention

Collages and edits are stored on your device. You can delete individual items from history or uninstall the app to remove local data. We do not operate a cloud account for Collagio in version 1.0.0.

If you contact support, we retain correspondence as long as needed to resolve your request and for reasonable business records.

6. Purchases

Optional Premium features (such as removing the export watermark) are sold as a one-time in-app purchase through Apple or Google. Payment and purchase history are handled by the store; we receive only what the store provides to confirm entitlement.

7. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your photos with third parties for marketing. When you use the system share sheet, exports go to apps you choose (Messages, WhatsApp, Files, etc.) under their policies.

8. Your rights and children

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise rights. We may need to verify your identity.

Collagio is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
