Yes. Questions are bundled with the app, so you can play without an internet connection. You may need connectivity for ads, in-app purchases, sign-in to Game Center or Play Games, or optional updates.
An optional one-time in-app purchase removes ads. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google; restore purchases from the store or in-app settings if you reinstall.
On supported devices, the app can use Apple Game Center and Google Play Games for leaderboards and achievements when you are signed in to those services.
