1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of Collagio — Photo Collage Maker (“Service”, “App”) operated by Zuki Apps (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Collagio lets you create photo collages on your device. The Service includes:

• Select 2–10 photos from your library
• Automatic layouts and manual styling (borders, filters)
• Save and share collages via the system share sheet
• Optional Zuli Monsters stickers and sticker pack export
• Optional one-time Premium purchase to remove the export watermark
• English and Hebrew (RTL) interfaces

3. Your photos and content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you import. You are responsible for having the rights to use that content in collages you create and share.

Do not use Collagio to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful content.

4. Intellectual property

Collagio and the Zuli Monsters characters, names, sticker artwork, icons, and related assets are owned by Zuki Apps and protected by copyright and applicable trademark laws.

You may use stickers and characters only as provided through the app for personal, non-commercial messaging and collages. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from these assets outside the app without written permission from Zuki Apps.

5. Premium and purchases

Optional Premium (remove watermark) is a one-time in-app purchase billed by Apple or Google. Refunds follow the store’s policies. Features and pricing may change with notice where required.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law
• Circumvent purchase or watermark mechanisms
• Use the Service to violate law or third-party rights
• Overload or disrupt the app or related systems

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Collage results depend on your photos and device; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuki Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your rights may vary.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or discontinue the Service or these Terms where permitted by law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
