These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Track Ledger ("Service", "App", "we", "us", or "our"), a GPS/GNSS track logging application operated by Zuki Apps ("Company"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Track Ledger is a mobile application that records location-related data for paths you choose to log. The Service includes:

• Recording of GNSS/GPS fixes and related metadata (e.g. accuracy, speed) on your device
• Configurable sampling (time- or distance-based), pause and resume, and track summaries
• Export and sharing of track data (e.g. CSV; GPX and GeoJSON where enabled)
• Map visualization using third-party map tiles (e.g. OpenStreetMap) for completed tracks
• Optional in-app purchases or ads as described in the app
