If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Bit Scope is a mobile application that provides bit-level number inspection and conversion functionality. The Service includes:

• Interactive bit editor with visual bit grid
• Multiple number format support (8-bit, 16-bit, 32-bit, 64-bit integers and Float16, Float32, Float64)
• Number base conversion (Binary, Octal, Decimal, Hexadecimal)
• Bitwise operations (AND, OR, XOR, NOT)
• IEEE 754 floating-point breakdown
• Endianness and bit order configuration
• Real-time conversion between formats and bases
