How do I share a shopping list with family members?

To share a list, open the list and tap the 'Share' or 'Members' button. You can invite members via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or by sharing a link. Once they accept the invitation, they'll have access to the list and can add or modify items in real-time.

How does the Premium subscription work?

Premium offers unlimited lists, unlimited items, unlimited members, ad-free experience, advanced statistics, custom themes, offline mode, and cloud backup. You can subscribe monthly or yearly through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

Can I use ZuList offline?

Yes! ZuList works offline. You can create lists, add items, and mark items as purchased even without an internet connection. All changes will automatically sync when you're back online. Note: Offline mode is a Premium feature.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including lists, items, and photos, will be permanently deleted. For detailed instructions, visit our Delete Account page.

I'm having trouble with notifications. What should I do?

First, make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings for ZuList. If notifications still don't work, try: 1) Restarting the app, 2) Checking your device's notification settings, 3) Ensuring you have an active internet connection, 4) Reinstalling the app if the problem persists. If issues continue, please contact us.

How do I restore my data if I switch devices?

If you're using the same account (Google or Apple Sign-In), your data will automatically sync when you log in on a new device. Make sure you're connected to the internet and signed in with the same account. Premium users have cloud backup enabled, ensuring all data is safely stored and can be restored.
